Appointments & Scheduling
For your convenience, we’re open 6 days a week — closed only on Mondays. See our Contact page for hours of operation. Please call in advance to schedule an appointment. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to a scheduled service to allow preparation time.
Cancellation Policy
For any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, there is a $25 per service cancellation fee. This is for any services not included in the 48 hour cancellation policy. For appointments that are a No Show (not showing up to an appointment that is scheduled) there is a 50% fee — this fee must be paid before a new appointment can be scheduled.
How do I make an appointment?
We recommend that you call the front desk at 215.483.2500, or email us at salonlmanayunk@gmail.com. While there are some days that we are available for appointments day of, we recommend calling at least a week in advance to try to secure evening or weekend appointments.

We require a major credit card, telephone number and email address to confirm your appointment. Reservations are subject to availability.
Credit Card Policy
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Cards are kept on file in a secure, encrypted system that meets PCI DSS compliance standards. We do not see or store your full card number.
Your card will only be charged if our cancellation/no show policy applies or, if you request, to simplify checkout. All payments are processed through trusted third-party providers that follow strict data security requirements.
By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and authorize charges consistent with our policies.
What is Salon L.’s Cancellation Policy?
Our 24 Hour Notice Policy ($25 Deposit) applies to ALL appointments not included in the 48 hour cancellation policy.
Our 48 Hour Notice Policy ($50 Deposit) applies to:
- Balayage Hair Appointments
- Full Highlight
- Highlight Single Process
- Keratin Treatments
- BabyDoll Lash Lift
What happens if I cancel my appointment outside of the policy time frame?
If the client cancels less then the time allowed we charge $25 per service for appointments that don’t require a $50 deposit. For appts with the $50 deposit we charge the $50 for the first service and an additional $25 for any other services booked.
For no-show appointments we charge 50% of the total services
What happens if I cancel or reschedule my appointment prior to the policy time frame?
Nothing. You will receive your deposit back or it will transfer to a new appointment if the cancelled appointment is rescheduled. And "no-show" appointments will be charged 50% of the total of the appointment.
Payment & Gratuities
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, Salon L. gift cards, Apple Pay and cash for services. If you were happy with the services you received, it is customary to provide your stylist or spa therapist with a 15 – 20% gratuity. Gratuities are not included in service price and are only accepted in check or cash form. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Salon L. Service Guarantee
We at Salon L. pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service and quality customer service. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your experience here, we ask that you call our front desk immediately. A manager will speak to you at that time if available. If she is unavailable, she will contact you within 48 hours to talk to you about your complaint.
Salon L. will allow 7 days after an unsatisfactory service for a client to call requesting an adjustment service.
For hair services, we do require that the client come in (within 14 days) so that the stylist and/or manager can see the hair physically. To provide the best resolution, we need a face to face consultation. Following an in-depth consultation, we will offer a complimentary adjustment service with the same stylist. If this is not possible, another stylist can adjust the service at no cost to the client. The original service will not be refunded. Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
Should you find dissatisfaction with any of products purchased at Salon L., we will gladly apply the full amount paid of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 60 days from date of purchase.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash back.
Salon L. reserves the right to refuse service or products to anyone at its discretion if it feels like the policies are being abused.
